Our Mission

As community developers, we strive to create living environments that will help our society reach a state of balance between the natural and built environments. We do this by integrating sustainable energy technologies, innovative design, and off-site modular construction with responsible site selection. This process, in addition to community involvement, will encourage and inspire more people to live healthier and more sustainable lives. The success of each project will be measured by the positive impacts we make on health, community, and environment.

GreenFab has a responsibility to provide living environments that are as healthy as possible. Everyone deserves to live or work in an environment virtually free of indoor air pollution caused by VOC paints, stains, millwork, mold, carbon monoxide, and bacteria.

GreenFab is committed to working with organizations, neighborhood groups, and individuals in the communities we invest in. We do this to make certain that the community truly gets what they need and want. It is NOT just about huge profits.

GreenFab is driven to be a steward to the planet we live in. For each project, GreenFab will follow, at a minimum, the LEED guidelines provided by the US Green Building Council. When possible, GreenFab will make every effort to exceed these guidelines and develop sites that generate all energy from renewable resources, capture all water on site, and use all resources efficiently.

Our Philosophy

GreenFab selects sites throughout the Puget Sound region that have been previously developed to help minimize ecological impacts and stop growth outward towards our sensitive natural areas. By incorporating resource efficient designs and functions, our projects will help restore denigrated land, increase demand for sustainable technologies, and decrease human resource use. The result will be healthier communities, families, and individuals.
